Healthcare Assistant - Kestrel Ward

Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the delivery of high quality care to patients on Kestrel Ward, working under the guidance of registered nurses. You will assist with both clinical and personal care, ensuring patients are treated with dignity and respect at all times. You will be involved in supporting patients with a range of complex needs, including those at end of life, those requiring rehabilitation and those in crisis. This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to patient wellbeing and experience. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, you will communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and families, ensuring continuity of care and a positive patient journey.
