About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team within a residential care home setting. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, choice and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

Previous experience in a care or support roleA caring, patient and respectful approachGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekendsBasic literacy and numeracy skillsWillingness to undertake ongoing training and developmentA valid DBS or willingness to complete the required DBS processUp-to-date All-in-One Mandatory Training, which must include the required practical elementsPractical Manual Handling trainingPractical Basic Life Support training
