We are looking to recruit a caring and proactive healthcare assistant to join our team.
You need to have excellent communication skill as youwill be required to liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are identified and communicated effectively so that safe decisions are made around patient care.
You will be expected to maintain high standards of nursing care be personally responsible and accountable for your actions following the Trust's Policies and Procedures.
You will be expected to maintain accurate written and/or electronic records ensuring all legal requirements are met.
You will need to be prepared to work flexibly to the needs of the service.
Please note, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and have full access to an insured vehicle that you are able to use for work purposes.
Please note this role will not be eligible for sponsorship as it doesn't meet the minimum salary requirements for a skilled worker visa, therefore you must have appropriate right to work in the UK or your application will not be progressed to the next stage of Recruitment.

Education and Qualifications
Essential
- Organisation's Care Certificate or willing to work towards
- Good general education - grade C in English and maths or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- NVQ level II in care or equivalent
- NVQ level III in care or equivalent
Experience and Knowledge

- Clerical experience

- 2 years' experience of working in hospital environment or community setting
