Provide high-quality, person-centred care by supporting individuals in line with agreed care plans and procedures. Monitor and record observations, report any concerns, and ensure care plans are effectively implemented. Engage service users in therapeutic conversations and activities, particularly those requiring enhanced support, while promoting their wellbeing and safety. Undertake physical health monitoring, including vital sign checks, CPR, and use of a defibrillator when required.

Qualifications
Essential
- Level 3 qualification in health and social care or related topic
- Level 2 qualification in health and social care or related topic plus proven experience in a paid care role or demonstrable expeirence in a paid care role
- Care Cetificate

- Proven experience in a patient facing role within mental health settings
