Joining our Public Health Team as the Hampshire Domestic Abuse Partnership (HDAP) Operational Manager, youll play a pivotal role in delivering Hampshi...
- Support the delivery and monitoring of Hampshire's Domestic Abuse Strategy and Action Plan.
- Coordinate the work of the Partnership Board and delivery groups, ensuring priorities are translated into action.
- Lead and manage projects that improve services and outcomes for those affected by domestic abuse.
- Develop and review policies, procedures and best practice guidance with partner organisations.
- Monitor performance, analyse data and report progress, risks and outcomes to partnership leaders.
- Lead scrutiny, assurance and learning activity, including work arising from Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews and other review processes.
- Build strong partnerships across local authorities, health, housing, policing and the voluntary and community sector to drive collaborative change.
