You will be responsible for
undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general
support to patients. Duties can include
but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the
appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and
assisting patients as required.

The receptionist may be requested to
- Complete opening and closing
procedures in accordance with the duty rota.
- Ordering and monitoring of stationery
supplies
To be responsible for

Experience
Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good keyboard and numeracy skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable using multiple IT systems in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, well-presented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality
Desirable
- Previous experience in a healthcare administration/reception role
