Are you a GP? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are seeking highly skilled and motivated GPs to join our salaried workforce with opportunities within our Out Of ...
- Carry out medical services with due care and attention, using skills and experience in accordance with good medical practice.
- Triage patients over the phone and make a clinical decision about appropriate care.
- Investigate and diagnose with a care plan/management to follow.
- Medicine management and occasional urgent test management.
- Conduct home visits and face-to-face Urgent Care Centre appointments. .
- Work closely with operations and clinical staff
Salary: £108,664.00-£130,398.00per annum (pro rata)
Department: Out of Hours.
Location: Various locations within Merseyside, Warrington & Halton; including Wavertree Head Office & home visits
Shifts: Full time/part time permanent positions available covering the OOH department, covering weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Hours are between 18:00 - 08:00

Qualifications
Essential
- Full GMC Registration and licence to practice Up to date Enhanced DBS Certificate (we will apply for one for you if you aren't a member of the DBS Update Service)
- Understanding of clinical risk management and clinical governance
- Ability to take independent clinical decisions when necessary and to seek further advice from colleagues as appropriate
- Ability to manage own time and workload in line with SLAs
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate sensitively
- Demonstrate skills in written and spoken English adequate to enable effective communication
- Competent in the use of IT systems & Clinical Systems
