The post holder will work as an integral member of our
multidisciplinary clinical team, alongside GPs, nurses and other healthcare
professionals, delivering high-quality, patient - centred general practice
services to registered patients across Grays Inn Medical Group Vauxhall.
In line with the agreed practice timetable, the successful candidate will work as part of our supportive clinical team, providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
The role will include a variety of clinical duties, including:
- Face-to-face surgery consultations
- Telephone and video consultations
- Responding to patient queries and clinical advice requests
- Undertaking home visits where clinically appropriate
- Making timely referrals to secondary care and community services
- Participating in clinical meetings, multidisciplinary discussions, and practice development activities
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care

Qualifications
Essential
- valid GMC number
- experience from working in the general practice setting
