• Provide consultations to patients through appropriate methods including face-to-face, telephone and digital consultations.
• Assess, investigate, diagnose and manage patients presenting with acute and chronic health conditions.
• Develop appropriate treatment and management plans in partnership with patients.

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
• Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice or equivalent recognised qualification
• Evidence of current professional indemnity arrangements
• Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and compliance with appraisal and revalidation requirements

• Additional postgraduate qualification relevant to general practice or primary care
• Additional training or qualification in an area of special clinical interest
• Training or qualification in clinical leadership, education, quality improvement or service development
