As a General Assistant at Barchester care home, you undertake various tasks to deliver quality care and support to residents. Duties include housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, ensuring a warm and homely environment. Being caring and empathetic is essential, as is putting residents first and establishing positive professional relationships for a meaningful experience.
