We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team. This role is ideal for an individual who is...
Main responsibilities will include
- Processing all Supplier invoices, including matching to Purchase Orders
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Chasing, organising and reconciling Supplier Statements
- Assisting with queries from the Trust
- Process the weekly payment run
- Dealing with the suppliers
- Month end reporting
- Adhoc duties as and when required

Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a similar area within either the NHS or the private sector.
Qualifications
Essential
- Studying towards AAT or equivalent or equivalent finance experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Knowledge of finance processes and procedures in a similar area
- Able to communicate internally with various levels of management and Ability to communicate with partner organisations
- Able to plan and prioritise own workload 5. Excellent IT skills in particular Excel and Word
Desirable
- Good working knowledge of Agresso Accounting System or other finance systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, with regards to complex issues
- Good Analytical Skills
