We are seeking individuals who are warm, positive, person centered and committed to ensuring that service users with complex needs enjoy the highest quality of life and make progress towards greater independence by accessing into the local community in St
Helens, Merseyside. No two days will be the same at this service, as our residents love engaging in a range of exciting activities! Key responsibilities include:
Delivering personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.Assisting individuals in leading fulfilling, valued lives and actively participating in the community.Supporting service users in gaining independence, confidence, and competence in daily living skills, money management, social skills, and more.Working collaboratively with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care.Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the service. We are looking for candidates from all walks of life. No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment! Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training
Academy, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
