We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Female Support Worker to join an experienced care team supporting a young woman with complex health needs, including Cauda Equina syndrome, T5 paraplegia, dissociative disorder, and functional seizures. She lives with her husband and two children, aged 10 and 11, on a peaceful smallholding in Whitemoor, St Austell, with two dogs, five cats, and several friendly chickens.
