Shear Meadow is a community residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
We are looking for a Female Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
As a support worker you will encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
You will work 40 hours a week on a rota basis and preferably be a driver with a Full UK driving license for over one year
