Looking for a career where every day makes a difference?

Join Avenues as a Support Worker and help people with learning disabilities and complex needs live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. You'll build meaningful relationships, learn new skills and go home each day knowing you've made a real impact.

At Avenues, we're more than a workplace – we're a community where people smile, laugh, grow and achieve great things together. We believe that when our colleagues feel valued and supported, the people we support thrive too.

The service is conveniently located close to both Chatham and Gillingham town centres and is just a five-minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre.

The people we support enjoy active, fulfilling lives and love getting out into the local community every day. Whether it's shopping, attending activities, visiting local attractions or spending time with friends and family, you'll play an important role in helping them enjoy the life they choose.

Every day is different, but you could be:

Encouraging independence while providing the right level of support.

Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, shopping and managing money.

Supporting people to access their local community and enjoy hobbies and interests.
