Your day-to-day…

44 hours per week (11 hour shifts) working days 7.45am to 7.45pm, must be able to work alternate weekendsOffer innovative model of care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate wayLearn about behaviour managementAssist with medical & welfare needsSafeguardingMaintain a safe, clean environment for all
