We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and relationship-focused Family Wellbeing Worker to join our Dumfries & Galloway Parent Carers Support Service.

- Provide information, advice and signposting to appropriate services and supports.
- Support parent carers to identify and achieve wellbeing goals that build confidence, resilience and greater control in everyday life.
- Facilitate peer support opportunities, coffee mornings, workshops and community activities that reduce isolation and create lasting connections between families.
- Help families overcome barriers and access local resources and opportunities that improve their wellbeing and participation in community life.
- Work collaboratively with partner organisations across health, education, social work and the third sector to coordinate support, reduce gaps, help families receive the right help at the right time, and contribute to carer-friendly communities and delivery of the Dumfries and Galloway Carers Strategy.
- Capture feedback and lived experience so parent carers voices directly shape more responsive, inclusive and effective services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with organisational requirements.
