Are you a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist looking to work within a specialist Adult Eating Disorders Service? We're looking for a qualifie...

  • Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for inpatients with complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
  • Deliver evidence-based family and systemic psychotherapy interventions to patients, families, carers, couples and wider support networks.
  • Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT
  • Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making
  • Support staff in developing their systemic thinking and practice through teaching, consultation, and supervision.
  • Offer highly specialist systemic consultation to MDT colleagues regarding systemic aspects of care, risk, engagement, and recovery

Qualifications

Essential

  • Masters Level qualification systemic psychotherapy
  • Registration as a systemic psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body
  • Firs Professional qualification in a relevant discipline

Desirable

  • UKCP Registered Supervisor

Experience

Essential

  • Significant post-qualification experience as a Systemic Psychotherapist and family therapy process relevant to client group

Desirable

  • Experience within specialists eating disorder services

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of assessment / intervention with adults and families in a mental health or equivalent setting

Desirable

  • Experience of Service Development, audit, research or quality improvement initiatives
