Extra Care Support Worker

We provide all of your training as you begin your new career in care, including the opportunity to work towards earning your QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. All employees have access to our training system where, through a combination of in person and e-learning courses, you can learn the skills required to develop in your role and progress toward senior roles.

We are looking for individuals with compassion, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll need good communication skills, the ability to record information clearly, and the physical capability to support people with moving and positioning. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and waking nights, and flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the service.

Full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week; part-time roles start from 15 hours. All hours are worked flexibly on a rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
