Exhibition Logistics Manager

As part of the NHS Health & Care Expo delivery team, working alongside the Head of Strategic Partner Events the Exhibition Logistics Manager, will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all exhibition and sponsor logistics, ensuring commercial commitments are delivered to the highest standard.

responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all exhibition and sponsor

logistics, ensuring commercial commitments are delivered to the highest

standard.

You will-

manage sponsor and exhibitor deliverables and fulfilment

manage exhibition operations, floorplans, builds, activations and

branding

coordinate a range of suppliers, including exhibition contractors,

venues, AV and production partners

support the wider event delivery, including signage, room layouts and

onsite operations

work closely with internal commercial, marketing and content teams

help drive sustainability initiatives across the event

play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for exhibitors,

sponsors and delegates.

We're looking for a highly organised and

customer-focused event professional with experience delivering large-scale

conferences, exhibitions or trade shows. As well as having experience managing

complex event logistics and multiple stakeholders you will also have-

strong account management and customer service

experience working with exhibition contractors

and event suppliers

confidence interpreting floorplans, build

specifications and technical information

excellent attention to detail and

problem-solving skills

a collaborative and proactive approach

experience using event technology and project

management tools.
