Drive engagement and readiness activities across clinical services
Work in partnership with the Clinical Change Team to embed new ways of working
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, managers and frontline teams
Identify and address areas of resistance, risk and readiness gaps
Champion effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Support operational teams through the transition to the new EPR
Contribute to organisational readiness, training adoption and go-live preparation
Help ensure a safe, confident and successful deployment
Is a strong clinical advocate with experience of leading organisational change
Has excellent engagement, communication and influencing skills
Can inspire others and create enthusiasm around complex transformation programmes
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding timelines
Understands healthcare operations and the challenges faced by frontline teams
Can work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and professional groups

- Working closely with the Clinical Change Team, Programme Leadership and key stakeholders across the Trust, creating enthusiasm, understanding and readiness at every level of the organisation. Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Allied Health Professional with current registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g. NMC or HCPC)
- Educated at degree level in a health-related subject or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Quality Improvement Certification
- PRINCE 2 or equivalent
- Change Management qualification or equivalent
- Formal leadership and management training
- Continuing professional development and reflective profile
Experience
Essential
- Extensive Management and Leadership experience within the NHS or similar
- Significant experience in leading organisational change and introducing safer ways of working.
- Experience in delivering and implementing change.
- Recent clinical experience and experience of daily operational working in a service setting
- Experience of managing staff from different professional backgrounds
Desirable
- Knowledge and Experience of working with Quality Improvement Methodologies and Cost Improvement plans.
- Significant experience of implementing Trust wide Digital Health Systems
- Knowledge and experience of DCB0129 and DCB0160 standards

- Strong proven administrative and organisational skills
