As an Epic EPR Analyst, you will support the design, build, testing and implementation of Bromley Healthcare's new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the wider Apollo Programme.
Working with clinical, operational and technical colleagues across Bromley Healthcare, GSTT, KCH and Lewisham and Greenwich, you will help ensure Epic is configured to support safe, effective and efficient patient care.
- Supporting the configuration, testing and optimisation of Epic applications and workflows.
- Working with service teams to understand requirements and translate these into system design.
- Participating in workshops, system build activities and user acceptance testing.
- Investigating system issues and supporting problem resolution.
- Supporting user engagement, communication and knowledge sharing.
- Developing specialist knowledge of Epic functionality and best practice.
- Working collaboratively across the Apollo partnership, including attendance at partner sites where required.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reports and records to support programme delivery.
This is a full-time secondment into the Apollo Programme and offers an opportunity to gain specialist Epic analyst training and experience within a major NHS transformation programme. The role will require travel across Apollo partner organisations, including regular attendance at Guy's and St Thomas' and other partner sites as required.

We are seeking colleagues from a range of backgrounds to undertake a 12-14 month secondment as an Epic EPR Analyst. Successful candidates will receive specialist Epic training and support the design, build, testing and implementation of the Epic system.
This role involves working as part of the wider Apollo Programme Team and will require collaboration across Bromley Healthcare, GSTT, KCH and LGT, including attendance at partner sites where required.
Applicants must successfully complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment, a standard Epic requirement for analyst roles, before appointment.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable digital transformation experience, develop specialist Epic knowledge and contribute to one of the largest EPR implementations currently underway within the NHS.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.

Qualifications
Essential: - Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience in a relevant role
Desirable: - IT qualification (e.g. MCSE), ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, Epic Accreditation (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
