We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, good IT knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience of working in an administrative environment and confidence using Microsoft Office applications are essential.

  • Work as part of the Learning, Education and Development team to provide high quality, efficient and effective Learning, Education and Development activities.
  • Ensuring the effective management of course bookings on the Trust Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Providing a values-based customer focussed service.
  • Accurately record attendance and completion of training completed within the organisation or via e-Learning or the Trust LMS or appropriate learning database.
  • Dealing with general enquiries in relation to Education, Learning and Development in person, over the phone and via IT systems.
  • Provide administrative support to departmental trainers and facilitators with regard to delivery of learning and development activities.
  • Undertake general office administrative duties.
  • Liaise with staff at all levels within the Trust and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with regard to the efficient, effective delivery of internal training courses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that plays a vital role in supporting workforce development and training compliance across our organisations.

As this team provides support across the group applications are welcome from colleagues on either site.
