Early Years Manager
Location: Norwich
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our nursery setting.
As a qualified childcare professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the nursery provides a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for children, staff and visitors. You will be a creative and reflective leader who can implement new ideas, drive continuous improvement and support and develop the staff team to achieve the highest standards of care and education.
You will also build strong partnerships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child's learning and development journey.
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Experience managing and developing an Early Years service
- Proven experience leading and supporting a team
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Commitment to robust safeguarding practices, including leading on child protection matters
- Knowledge of the Ofsted Inspection Framework for Childcare and Early Years
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning opportunities for young children
