e-Referrals Compliance Officer

The post-holder will be a point of contact for both administrative and clinical staff for assistance, advice and support, ensuring prompt action to resolve the concerns pertaining to eRS.

The post holder is expected to deliver the eRS training programme across Divisions.

This post is working full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30om from Pydar House in Truro.

Qualifications

Essential: - NVQ in Administration level 3 or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience

Desirable: - Experience of staff management or staff supervision

Desirable: - Previous training experience with hospital waiting list management systems including PAS
