We have vacancies for Experienced Domestic Assistant, working as follows Part time evenings only. Monday - Friday 3 hours per day between 5pm and 8pm....
- Cleaning wards, clinics and offices to national cleaning standards.
- Domestic duties include working in public areas
- Ensuring all safety processes are followed
- Adhering to infection control policy's and procedures
- Cleaning experience essential for all posts
- Cleaning external areas across the trust
- Following colour coded principles
- Cleaning includes toilets, bathroom areas, wards clinics, accommodation, theatres
- Utilising cleaning machinery safely
- Cleaning experience essential
- Cleaning wards and clinics to national cleaning standards
- Adhering to infection control polices and procedures
- Working within domestic services department at Broadgreen site.
- Duties vary and include hoovering, damp dusting, mopping, deep cleaning floors and other areas.
- Flexibility required

Qualifications
Essential: - GCSE/Equivalent
Knowledge
Essential: - A general understanding of why cleanliness in a patient/healthcare environment is important; - Health and safety basic knowledge
Experience
Essential: - Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a healthcare, care home, hotel, commercial, or similar environment.
Desirable: - Previous Domestic experience; - Previous use of cleaning machinery, floor polishing machinery; - Knowledge of colour coding systems
