You will take pride in your work and be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker and the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders is essential. You will be supporting the delivery of urgent response care and virtual ward as part of this role.
Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post and hold a driving licence and have access to a car.

Education/ Qualification/ Training
Essential
- Registered General Nurse
- Demonstrate evidence-based practice and up-to-date clinical skills
- Evidence of significant post registration nursing experience including community setting
- Post-registration qualification in a relevant clinical field
- Post-registration nursing experience, including community experience
- Relevant teaching/mentorship qualification and evidence of teaching skills.
Experience
Essential: - Evidence of and commitment to multi-professional working
Knowledge and Skills
Essential: - Literate in IT/Computer Skills; - Good communication skills based on fluency on the English language
Application
Essential: - Access to Car, and prepared to travel to other sites
Desirable: - Non Medical Nurse Prescriber; - Experience of managing a caseload
