Director of Operations

First degree or equivalent NHS management experience and evidence of practical application of expertise at this level. Experience of working at senior management level in large complex environment. Highly developed leadership and influencing skills with the ability to enthuse, motivate and involve individuals and teams and have them understand the Trust's and your performance expectations. Ability to lead the redesign of services to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard and are cost effective. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure whilst supporting and getting the most out of staff. Able to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences using a range of different approaches
