The DILS Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Alcohol Care and Hepatology Nursing teams with the day to day running of the service. This will encompass providing administrative support within the teams, monitoring helpline, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting with audits internal and external, outpatient clinic management, data collection and maintenance and other tasks that are required as per the role.

Qualifications and Education
Essential
- GCSE English Language & Math's (Minimum Grade C / Level 4-9) or equivalent
- NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent
Desirable
- AMSPAR
Knowledge and Training
Essential
- Understanding of Confidentiality
- Computer Literate including Microsoft excel and word
- Willingness to attend training days
Experience
Essential
- Previous administrative and clerical experience and working within a team
- Experience of close liaison with members of multidisciplinary team
- Ability to working in a high pressure environment meeting deadlines
- Evidence of personal and professional development
