The Digital Trainer will promote positive working relationships and effectively communicate with a range of staff from across the organisation promoting enthusiasm, providing reassurance and support via the medium of training. The post holder will be imperative to upskilling staff digital literacy and enhancing digital system knowledge for current and new digital transformation projects.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in education, training or a related subject
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Evidence of continuing professional development in education, training or digital systems
- Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality and information governance requirements
- Knowledge of the learning styles and approaches to training delivery
Desirable
- Certification in e-learning design
- Experience of working within a healthcare environment, including clinical and non-clinical systems
- Experience of supporting digital change, system implementation, or user adoption
Experience
Essential
- Experience of delivering training courses or training sessions
- Experience of training and implementing digital systems
- Experience of producing training materials
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, providing support and guidance
- Experience of delivering training in a group setting, both online and in-person
Desirable
- Experience of supporting the development of e-learning or digital training materials
- Experience of contributing to service improvement or change initiatives
Skills and Attributes
