Job overview The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of two key technical programmes and projects, the implementation of a new unified data model across all SCFT systems and the SCFT Wayfinder integration project to support the implementation of the NHS App, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and to an agreed quality that meet business needs.
