As a Digital Learning Partner, you will deliver engaging training and user support for a range of digital systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Order Communications, Microsoft Office applications and other Trust systems. You will work with colleagues at all levels to ensure staff are supported throughout their digital learning journey.
Delivering digital systems training through classroom sessions, virtual learning, one-to-one coaching and group workshops
Supporting users during system implementations, upgrades and service changes
Developing and maintaining training materials, user guides and digital learning resources
Providing first-line support and guidance to users regarding digital learning and training queries
Supporting digital adoption and helping colleagues build confidence in technology
Gathering user feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital learning services
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering training within a digital, IT, healthcare or learning environment.
- Experience supporting users to develop new skills and confidence in digital systems.
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
- Experience creating or updating learning materials and user guidance.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learning and change.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workloads while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
Essential: - Educated to degree level and/or equivalent level of experience in people/ HR related role; - Evidence of continuous professional development
Desirable: - Trainer Accreditation Programme Certificate (TAP Institute of IT Training); - Microsoft Office qualification

- Experience delivering training, coaching or user support within a digital, IT or learning environment

- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
