The Digital Business Analyst will support the delivery of digital-enabled change across a range of clinical and support services. Working closely with project managers, digital leads and stakeholders, you will:
- Engage with clinical and operational teams to understand existing pathways and processes
- Support the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements
- Assist in the co-design of future state processes and digital solutions
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits
- Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions
- Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards

Qualifications
Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (or working towards) or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge
Essential
- Understanding of Business Analysis lifecycle and core techniques
- Awareness of digital transformation or service improvement approaches
- Knowledge of current NHS affairs
- Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation processes
Experience
Essential
- Experience supporting business analysis or service improvement activities
- Experience of gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience supporting the identification, documentation and monitoring of benefits aligned to project or service outcomes
- Experience working with data and metrics to support evaluation, reporting or service improvement activities
