The Digital Business Analyst will support the delivery of digital-enabled change across a range of clinical and support services. Working closely with project managers, digital leads and stakeholders, you will:

  • Engage with clinical and operational teams to understand existing pathways and processes
  • Support the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements
  • Assist in the co-design of future state processes and digital solutions
  • Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits
  • Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions
  • Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis (or working towards) or equivalent professional experience

Knowledge

Essential

  • Understanding of Business Analysis lifecycle and core techniques
  • Awareness of digital transformation or service improvement approaches
  • Knowledge of current NHS affairs
  • Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation processes

Experience

Essential

  • Experience supporting business analysis or service improvement activities
  • Experience of gathering and documenting requirements
  • Experience supporting the identification, documentation and monitoring of benefits aligned to project or service outcomes
  • Experience working with data and metrics to support evaluation, reporting or service improvement activities
