The role requires excellent communication skills as you
will undertake complex assessments of patients with diabetes, implement
treatment plans and then review and assess, all while promoting self-management
for the person with diabetes.
Working hours are predominately 8:30 - 4:30 Monday to
Friday.
Car owner/driver is essential for you to undertake this
role.
