Diabetes Specialist Nurse & Nurse Manager Salary:£30 per hour (DOE) Hours:Part-time - 3-4 days per week We're working with a friendly, medium-sized GP practice looking for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse & Nurse Manager to join their established team. This could be a practice nurse, Nurse practitioner, or ACP. This is an interesting dual-role opportunity, combining clinical diabetes expertise with nursing leadership and management. You'll play a key role in supporting the nursing team while continuing to deliver high-quality care to patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions. Why You'll Love This Role

What We're Looking For
Diabetes diploma qualification - essentialInsulin management qualification - essentialPrevious nursing management experience or equivalent - essentialStrong clinical experience in diabetes managementExperience with other chronic diseases - desirableEMIS Web experience - desirableCan be a Practice nurse or ANP or ACPConfident working autonomously while supporting and leading a nursing team
