- Demonstrable Endoscopy experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years post registration experience
- Evidence of ward/department management
- Experience of leading, motivating and supporting a team

- Experience of providing training and education
- Experience of presenting to others
- Experience of managing resources
- Experience of monitoring clinical practice
- Ability to manage change
- Experience of Recruitment and Retention issues
Qualifications
Essential
- Registration on NMC Register (RGN/RN Adult) or equivalent
- Teaching Qualification or equivalent / Mentor Course
Desirable
- Leadership course
- 1st level degree or working towards
