Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified - RGN / RMN )WatfordSalary: £ 65,000- £71,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN ) to join a reputable nursing home in the Watford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to support the overall management of the service while ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical excellence are consistently delivered.Requirements

Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.Previous experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead, or deputy management role.Strong understanding of elderly care and nursing home environments.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.Passion for delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
