Deputy Manager

Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team! At Apna House our highly experienced and trained staff work to support people who have a wide range of mental health needs, from mild anxiety and depression, to severe and enduring mental health problems.

What You’ll be Doing

Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential homeLead and support the care team to deliver high-quality careEnsure compliance with CQC regulations and Safeguarding standardsDevelop and implement care plansConduct staff training and developmentMonitor and evaluate the quality of care providedFoster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff What You'll Need

Driving License is required – must be able to driveMinimum of NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards their level 5 in Health and Social CareMinimum of 5- years' experience working in a similar environmentStrong leadership and management skillsFlexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC and best practicesCommitment to providing high-quality care Why Join Us?
