As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of care, support and dignity every day. Supporting day-to-day operations and care deliverySupervising and mentoring staffEnsuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policiesBuilding strong relationships with residents, families, and professionalsPromoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment What You’ll Need

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)Experience in a senior care role, ideally in supported living or residential careStrong leadership and communication skillsA proactive, person-centred approachA genuine passion for improving lives
