We are recruiting are a Deputy Manager to join the team! Fosse Court specialises in providing high quality residential care to meet the assessed needs of adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and associated challenging behaviours. What you’ll be Doing
Supporting day-to-day operations and care deliverySupervising and mentoring staffEnsuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policiesBuilding strong relationships with residents, families, and professionalsPromoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment What You’ll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)Experience in a senior care role, ideally in supported living or residential careStrong leadership and communication skillsA proactive, person-centred approachA genuine passion for improving lives
