Deputy Manager (FTC)

This role is a 1 year FTC (potential extension of contract maybe be offered) Treetops provides a high quality, safe and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. It has established care pathways through partnership to facilitate the realisation of maximum independence for the people who use its services. What You’ll be Doing

Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursing homeLead and support the clinical team to deliver high-quality careEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsDevelop and implement care plansConduct staff training and developmentMonitor and evaluate the quality of care providedFoster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff What You'll Need

Active Nurse Registration is essentialMinimum of 5+ years' experience working in a similar environmentStrong leadership and management skillsFlexibility and ability to share on call in 24hr working environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (CQC) and best practices
