The successful candidate will be an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of leading complex services, managing organisational change and delivering sustainable improvements in quality, performance and patient experience. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, with a commitment to collaborative working and continuous improvement
