As a PA, you will be required to attend and notes take of meeting of a sensitive nature, and the postholder will be required to act with discretion.

Provide a full Personal Assistant service to the Deputy Director of Operations for CSS, and Clinical Director for therapy services to ensure that the right focus is placed on priorities, planning and organising complex activities.

Qualifications

Essential: - Foundation degree or NVQ level 4 or above; - Relevant Experience

Desirable: - Office Manager experience

Knowledge and Skills

Essential: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Excellent knowledge of all MS Office

Desirable: - Previous NHS experience
