Dementia Connector Location: Swansea & Neath area (home, office and community based) Contract type: Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2027 Hours: 35 hrs per week Salary: £25,541 - £27,200 per annum Driving: Full Clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
