Proficient use of Excel and be able to manipulate and generate data from OH software and create excel reporting packages at short notices.
Proficient with other presentation software like Tableau for accurate data presentation
Knowledge and Experience of Coding will be desirable
Assisting in maintaining the diaries of the clinical team, using the CORITY system
Taking responsibility for ensuring stock levels of office stationery, leaflets and other consumables is maintained.
To report all accident/incidents on Datix
Attend department meetings as required
Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable service maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times
Liaise and communicate effectively highly sensitive complex information concerning medical records relating to staff members.
Maintain Trust policy regarding confidentiality of medical records and patient information
Assist in the investigation and collection of information/ data relating to incidents
Use CORITY reports to collate the relevant information for monthly and quarterly invoicing.

Qualifications
Essential: - Level 3 IT Secretarial / Business Administration qualification; - GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 (4) or above or equivalent qualification
Desirable: - ECDL
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Experience working in a clerical / administrative role, Working knowledge of a computer-based appointment and diary System.
- To be computer literate and demonstrate efficiency in use of MS Office software (including EXCEL). Experience working in a customer/client focused environment
- Previous experience managing health care records
Desirable: - Previous experience working in a health care setting
