Customer Services Assistant

The role requires confidentiality, initiative, flexibility and capability of working under pressure and to deadlines. The role will require additional flexibility to provide ad hoc business support duties across all Adult Social Care services at times of service need.

The Social Work Learning Academy is hosted by Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) and delivered in partnership with Staffordshire County Council. We are central to supporting Adult Social Care, Safeguarding, and Core Support & Improvement services across North and South Staffordshire. Qualifications & Training
