This role sits within our Lung Cancer Screening Service, supporting the early detection of lung cancer and helping to save lives. As this service continues to grow across the NHS and InHealth, you'll have a unique opportunity to influence and shape how we deliver care in the future.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing people, and making a real difference to patients, we'd love to hear from you.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality, data protection, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Experience coaching, supporting, or leading others, with previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering excellent patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, life-changing service that has a direct impact on patient outcomes. You'll have the chance to shape the future of Lung Cancer Screening while developing your leadership career in a supportive and innovative environment.
