Customer Centre Service Advisor

Clinical Engineering is a large, diverse, and welcoming team within the Medical Physics Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, forming part of the Oncology Clinical Service Unit. We play a vital role in supporting patient care by managing the lifecycle of approximately 40,000 medical devices used across the Trust and community healthcare settings throughout Leeds and the surrounding areas. Our Reception Team is at the heart of the department, providing essential administrative and operational support that helps keep services running efficiently.

The Reception Team works closely with engineers, suppliers, clinical staff, and external partners, coordinating service requests, managing parts and consumables, processing deliveries, and handling enquiries.
