Along with the County Business Manager, you will act as the point of contact within the County for initial enquiries from members of the public, operational staff and staff from Trust HQ acting with professionalism at all times.
You will need to respond to incoming correspondence to the County as directed by the County Business Manager, maintain a suitable filing system for the County, and co-ordinate a 'bring forward' system for all relevant documentation/ correspondence. You will also To act as a role model and informal mentor for the Apprentice.

Education & qualifications
Essential
- 4 GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent including English and Mathematics or Level 2 Function Skills or equivalent experience
Desirable
- European Computer Driving License

- Previous office experience
- Experience of maintaining databases and working to deadlines, collating and maintaining records
Desirable
- Experience of NHS or Emergency Services organisation
