To cover all medical aspects of pain medicine within Pain services across HIOWFHT as a team that can be safely delivered remotely and provide leadersh...
- Maintain the highest clinical standards in the management of patients with persistent pain.
- Deliver specialist remote outpatient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Deliver evidence-based opinions on diagnosis, utilising imaging and other investigations where appropriate, either directly with patients or in clinical meetings.
- Offer expert advice on imaging, pathology, and complex differential diagnoses.
- Support medication management
- Provide telephone or electronic clinical management of patients as required.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and informed consent processes.
- Manage referrals, provide triage, advice, and guidance, and oversee discharge planning.
- Deliver outpatient services remotely for people with persistent pain

Qualifications
Essential
- FRCA or equivalent
- CCT in Anaesthesia or within six months of CCT or eligibility for entry on GMC specialist register
- Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine
